Has anyone tried Soya Protein? If so, what is the taste and how do you include it in meals?
I have a soy protein shake every day because my diet consists of high protein intake. Keeping your protein intake high will help you lean out and build muscle and also keep you from losing muscle depending on if you are doing hardcore cardio.
I add coconut oil into my soy shakes because since I run a very low carb diet my body uses fats as energy. Adding the coconut oil will give you enough energy and keep you satisfied until your next meal.
The taste of it isn’t bad. It actually smells like cake mix to me. Adding the coconut oil gives it a little more taste.
I buy mine from Amazon because it’s the biggest and the best deal.
